At Boaty, we understand that sometimes a product may not be a good fit. That’s why we accept returns under certain conditions. Please carefully read our policy below:
Bidets
Bidets can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if they have not been connected to water. For hygiene reasons, any bidet that has been used cannot be returned. Therefore, make sure to install it under the seat before connecting it to the water to see if it fits your toilet.
Tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper rolls
These items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been washed or used.
Kits (tissues or rolls), pouches, and carrying bags
If you are not satisfied with a set for any reason, it can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURN FEES AND REFUNDS
We generally cover the cost of returning products to our office. However, if you live in a remote area, a portion of the return costs may be charged.
All returns must be made in "like-new" condition. This means the product must show no signs of use, wear, damage, or bad odors, such as cigarette smoke. Returned items will be refunded once they are received at our office and inspected to ensure they meet these criteria.
All items sold as "imperfect" are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you return a package, please keep the original box from your order to make the process easier.
For package returns, we generally use Purolator. You will receive a label by email to print and stick on the box. Simply drop the package off at a drop-off point. Home or business pickups are also available.
For smaller items, such as those sent in envelopes, we prefer regular mail. Use a prepaid envelope; stamp costs will be reimbursed once the item is received.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If a product has a defect, please contact us promptly for an exchange or to discuss a refund.
Bidet Warranty
Our bidets are covered by a one-year warranty.
Snap Buttons Warranty for transport pouches and toilet kits
Our products with snap buttons are guaranteed for 6 months. If you experience an issue or breakage with any of your snap buttons, contact us as soon as possible. After the 6-month warranty, contact us to discuss the issue; depending on the case and usage, compensation may be offered.
