At Boaty, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we accept returns under specific conditions. Please carefully review our updated policy below:

RETURN POLICY

Bidets

Bidets can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they have:

  • Not been connected to water
  • Sustained no damage or loss of value (see below).

For hygiene reasons, any bidet that has been used cannot be returned. We recommend installing the bidet under the seat before connecting it to the water supply to check its compatibility with your toilet.


Tissues, Paper Towels, and Toilet Paper Rolls

These items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, but only if they have not been washed or used.


Kits (of tissues or rolls), Pouches, and Wet Bags

If you’re not satisfied with a bundle for any reason, it can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if they have not been washed or used.

RETURN FEES AND REFUNDS

A $12 return and processing fee will be deducted from your final refund. This amount may vary for customers in remote areas or for returns sent by letter mail (flat in an envelope), where the fee may be lower.


Loss of Value

All returns must be in “like-new” condition. This means the product must show:

  • No signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • No unpleasant odors, such as cigarette smoke.

Returned items will be refunded once they are received at our offices and inspected to ensure they meet these criteria.


Final Sale Items

All items marked as “imperfect” are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us with your order details:


Return Process

For package returns, keep the original box from your order to simplify the process.

  • For larger items: We typically use Purolator in Quebec. You will receive a prepaid return label via email to print and attach to the box. Simply drop the package off at a Purolator location. Home or business pickups are also available.
  • For smaller items (shipped in envelopes): Returns can be sent by regular mail under certain conditions.

We will provide detailed instructions tailored to your situation as soon as you contact us.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If a product has a defect, please contact us promptly to arrange an exchange or discuss a refund.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Bidet Warranty

Our bidets are covered by a one-year warranty.

Snap Warranty (for pouches and toilet kits)

Products with snaps are covered by a 6-month warranty. If you experience an issue or breakage with a snap, please contact us as soon as possible. After the 6-month warranty period, reach out to us to discuss the issue; depending on the situation and usage, compensation may be offered.
