PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER

Shipping times typically average 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Once shipped, parcels usually arrive the following days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@myboaty.com

FREE PICKUP IN MONTREAL

During checkout, you can select PICKUP instead of DELIVERY.

This allows you to pick up your order for free.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email asking WHERE you would like to pick up your order.

👉 At our office at 9150 Meilleur Street #310A in Montreal (in the Chabanel sector near the Marché Central)

👉 At La Réserve Naturelle at 5854 St-Hubert Street in Montreal (near the Rosemont metro).

If you choose La Réserve Naturelle, please note that there may be an additional delay as we need to bring the order on site at the end of our workday.

FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is free* for orders shipped within Canada and the United States on purchases of $150 or more, before taxes. This offer is not available to stores/distributors. Subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to use the cheapest carrier. Our preferred carrier is Purolator in Quebec and ChitChats in the US/Canada. Otherwise, we also use Canpar, FedEx, or GLS depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. In remote regions, we may use Canada Post.

*In rare cases where shipping costs are very high ($30-40 and more), we are willing to cover up to $20-25 and may contact you for the balance.

WITH or WITHOUT Signature Option: You have the option to select delivery with or without signature. If you live in an apartment, on a busy street, or if your order is over $200, we recommend choosing WITH signature to protect your parcel.

DELIVERY IN QUEBEC

📦 Parcel (Purolator, Canpar, GLS, Courant+)

By selecting this option, your parcel will be sent with a tracking number and left at your door without a required signature. We primarily use Purolator to ship our orders, but depending on your address, it may arrive via other carriers.

Please provide a delivery address where you are present during the day to avoid theft of your parcel and take note of your tracking number; it will be sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is prepared.

📦 Parcel WITH Signature (Purolator, Canpar, GLS, Courant+)

A parcel with a signature ensures that you receive your parcel "in hand". If you are not home, a notice will be left on your door indicating where and when to pick up your parcel at the nearest Purolator service point. You have up to 5 business days to pick it up.

🏢 If you live in an apartment, we strongly encourage you to choose WITH Signature.

TIP: If the Purolator service point is far and you cannot or do not want to go there, call Purolator or chat online on the Purolator website and schedule a new delivery to your home or an address where you will be present during the day. Purolator offers this service for free. Make sure to have your tracking number.

In the event that the parcel is returned to us (because you did not pick it up within the time allowed by Purolator), we will be happy to resend it to you as soon as you pay the current shipping fees.

📦 Canada Post Standard Parcel™

If you prefer shipping via Canada Post, choose this option. The delivery time is slower (1-3 business days), but Canada Post has the advantage of delivering to a post office if you are not at home, which is generally closer to your home than Purolator service points.

✉️ Shipment in envelope WITHOUT TRACKING

An envelope shipping option is available for items that fit flat in a thin envelope (packs of 12 handkerchiefs or rolls, handkerchief pouches, etc.). The order is sent in an envelope with a stamp by Canada Post. Please note that delivery time can be 2 to 10 business days and delays are very common (we have already seen envelopes arrive 30 days later). Thank you for your patience if you choose this option.

REMOTE REGIONS In remote areas, delivery times may be longer and shipping costs are generally higher. We reserve the right to use the least expensive delivery service, regardless of the delivery option you have chosen.

We can generally cover the excess if shipping costs exceed the price you paid. However, if shipping costs are over $40, we may contact you to share the delivery costs.

DELIVERY TO CANADA (OUTSIDE QUEBEC)

📦 Standard Shipping

Shipments are sent either by Purolator (in certain areas in Ontario - 1-day shipping), by ChitChats (3-9 days shipping), or by Canada Post (4-5 days shipping) depending on the province/region and the cheapest shipping rate.

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES

📦 CHIT CHATS (USPS)

All shipments to the United States are done with Chit Chats (USPS with tracking number). Delivered in 5-10 business days.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

We deliver to Europe if your order exceeds €150.
