Is my toilet compatible?
Our electric bidet seat fits most standard North American toilets. If your toilet is a one-piece model, make sure to check the shape of the tank to ensure there won’t be any interference with the bidet.

RETURN POLICY
Bidets may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to a fee, as long as they have not been connected to water. For hygiene reasons, any bidet that has been used cannot be returned. Be sure to place it on your toilet before connecting it to water to confirm that it is compatible with your toilet.

We offer a one (1) year warranty from the date you receive your bidet, covering manufacturing defects. Certain exclusions apply, including damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
